Avert Boulevardier (Calvados) 

  • 1 oz Calvados 

  • 1 oz sweet vermouth 

  • 1 oz Campari 

  • 2 dashes cocoa bitters
    Stir, rocks glass, orange peel. 
    French apple meets Italian bitterness. 

 

Cognac Old Fashioned (Cognac) 

  • 2 oz Cognac 

  • ¼ oz rich demerara syrup 

  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters 

  • 1 dash orange bitters 
    Stir, rocks glass, large cube, orange & cherry garnish. 
    Smooth, spirit-forward, French elegance. 

 

French Harvest Fizz (Calvados) 

  • 1 oz Calvados 

  • ½ oz elderflower liqueur 

  • ½ oz lemon juice 

  • .75 Pear puree 

  • Top with chilled Champagne 
    collins glass, lemon twist garnish. 
    Light, floral, and celebratory. 

 

 

Parisian Manhattan (Cognac) 

  • 2 oz Cognac 

  • 1 oz dry vermouth 

  • ¼ oz Benedictine 

  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters 
    Stir, coupe, lemon twist. 
    Herbal, refined, and perfectly balanced. 

Lillet & Cidre Spritz (Low-ABV)) 

  • 1.5 oz Lillet Blanc

  • 3 oz. hard apple cider 

  • ½ oz cinnamon syrup

  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
    Build in wine glass with ice, stir gently'

  • Garnish with lemon wheel & star anise
    A sessionable French Spritz with cozy orchard spice.

Champagne Sidecar (Cognac) 

  • 1 oz Remy Martin 1738

  • ½ oz Cointreau 

  • .5 oz Belle de Brillet (pear liquor)

  • ½ oz lemon juice 

  • Top with Champagne 
    Shake first three, strain into coupe, top with bubbles. 
    A sparkling take on a pear kissed classic. Elegant and Autumnal
